本次視覺以「圓」作為核心元素,象徵每一位參與年度大會的嘉賓,傳達多元個體匯聚的意象。透過不同高度的排列與眼睛方向、位置的變化,形塑出人與人之間交流、對話與互動的動態關係,呈現服務設計中「以人為本」的核心精神。
畫面中兩個相互連結的圓形構成無限符號,隱喻透過本次大會的串聯與激盪,將為服務設計領域開啟更多延續與創新的可能性。
本次大會精選三大服務設計趨勢主題——數位轉型、醫療照護科技與疫情時代,帶領與會者全面理解服務設計的價值與實踐潛力,促進跨領域學習與深度對話,開創更多合作契機。

Variations in height, eye direction, and positioning create a sense of interaction and dialogue, reflecting the human-centered essence of service design.
